GIFA INC is pleased to announce that the OTC Caveat Emptor Designation has been removed by OTC Markets and the GIFA INC shares can now be tradable. ‘Caveat Emptor symbol remaining on the company’s trading symbol was a direct result of the conduct of the previous management of FireFish and associated with the period prior to the company’s acquisition of FireFish in October 2017, ” said Mr Kisa.
In addition to the removal of the Caveat Emptor designation, he added that the corporation has achieved success as a result of a great endeavor. “The company will continue to fulfill all the obligations required by OTC Market to achieve our goals.
